1. Free Pan-India Shipping

We offer free delivery across India on all orders. Every Shakti Dhoop order is carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are verified and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and pincode.

3. Order Tracking

Tracking information and status updates will be sent directly to your registered email address once your package is dispatched. You can also track your order live using the Track Order feature on our home page.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with a product defect, you can request a hassle-free replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.
