All products listed on our website are puja essentials including sambrani cups, dhoop, agarbatti and related devotional fragrance products. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability and are subject to change.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and other methods supported by Razorpay. Cash on delivery may be available for select pincodes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 to 48 business hours following payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode and location. We offer free pan-India delivery on all orders.

5. Returns & Customer Support
